Zen Browser 2025 年 12 月 Issue 指标报告解读：响应/关闭时效、问题量趋势与 160 条问题全量明细

一、报告来源与指标口径

该文档是仓库 docs/issue-metrics/ 目录下的月度报告之一。从报告尾部可以确认两点关键信息：

• 报告由 Issue Metrics Action（GitHub 社区的 Issue 统计自动化组件）自动生成；
• 统计所用的搜索查询为：

repo:zen-browser/desktop is:issue created:2025-12-01..2025-12-31

即统计对象是 2025-12-01 至 2025-12-31 期间在该仓库创建的所有 Issue。

报告采用统一的三段式结构，理解这一口径是读懂全部月度报告的前提：

1. 时效指标表：包含 Time to first response（TTFTR，创建到首次响应的时长）与 Time to close（TTC，创建到关闭的时长）两行，各给出 Average（均值）/ Median（中位数）/ 90th percentile（P90 分位） 三个统计量；
2. 数量表：分别给出 Number of items that remain open（仍打开）、Number of items closed（已关闭）、Total number of items created（当月创建总数）；
3. 明细表：逐条列出当月创建的每条 Issue 的标题、仓库内 Issue 地址、TTFTR 与 TTC。

两个细节需要特别注意：

• 明细表中的 None 表示对应事件尚未发生——TTFTR 为 None 说明截至报告生成时该 Issue 还没有得到首次响应，TTC 为 None 说明该 Issue 仍处打开状态；
• 月度报告按 年份_起始日期..结束日期.md 的规则命名（如 2025_2025-12-01..2025-12-31.md），同一目录下完整保留了 2024-11 至 2026-02 共 16 个月的数据，可直接打开相邻月份（如 2025 年 11 月报告）做环比对照。

二、2025 年 12 月整体指标

以下为原文档中两张核心统计表的完整内容：

对这份数据的直接解读：

• 响应时效呈明显右偏分布。TTFTR 中位数仅 5 小时 02 分，说明多数 Issue 能在半天内得到首次响应；但均值高达 1 天 0:30:20，几乎为中位数的 5 倍，且 P90 拉长到 2 天 2:05:28——均值被少数长时间未响应的 Issue 显著拉高。从明细表可以定位到长尾来源：TTFTR 最长的一条为 13 天 1:31:35（Issue #11560），其余超过 7 天的还有 #11583（10 天 19:56:47）、#11536 之外的多条 7 天+ 记录（如 #11576 为 9 天 1:26:27、#11558 为 7 天 12:45:23、#11541 为 7 天 2:10:40 等）。
• 关闭时效同样右偏，但集中度高。TTC 中位数为 15:57:36，意味着超过一半的 Issue 在约 16 小时内关闭；P90 为 3 天 0:29:29，而明细中的最长关闭时长达 13 天 19:33:54（Issue #11529），属于典型的离群长尾。
• 当月问题的"月内关闭率"约 53.1%：85 条关闭 / 160 条创建；其余 75 条（46.9%）在报告生成时仍处于打开状态。需要区分"打开"不等于"未处理"——其中一部分（TTFTR 为 None）尚未获得首次响应，如 #11779、#11775、#11774 之后的 #11732 等多条记录。

三、与历史月度报告的横向对比

为了判断 2025 年 12 月处于什么水位，下面把仓库中各月度报告的头部统计做了横向整理。

3.1 核心月份全指标对比（含 TTC 的月份）

• 与 2024 年底相比，TTC 均值从 24 天级别（2024-11）收敛到了 1 天级别（2025-12），关闭中位数也从 32 天收敛到 16 分钟以内的小时级，属于数量级的改善；
• 2025-12 的 TTFTR P90（2 天 2:05:28）与 2025-01（2 天 20:40:51）、2025-04（4 天 7:38:02）处于同一量级，说明 P90 控制在 2~4 天区间已是该仓库近一年的常态水平。

3.2 问题量与响应中位数的全周期趋势

从趋势看，2025-12 有三个显著特征：

1. 创建总量 160 条是 16 个月中的最低值，且延续了 2025 年 5 月以后"月均 300 条 → 200 条 → 160 条"的持续下降曲线；
2. 仍打开数量 75 条同为全周期最低，说明 12 月的低新增叠加正常关闭，使存量积压降到归档期内最少；
3. TTFTR 均值（1 天 0:30:20）相对 2025-10/11 的 15~17 小时有所回升，中位数（5:02:49）也略高于 2025-10（2:42:07）与 2026-01（2:07:00）。从源码结构看，这并非处理流程变化所致，而是低样本量月份中个别长尾 Issue（如 13 天未响应的 #11560）对均值影响被放大——样本越小，均值对离群值越敏感，阅读此类月度报告时应优先看中位数与 P90。

四、160 条 Issue 的主题分布

对明细表中 160 条 Issue 的标题做归类（以下分类基于报告明细表的标题文本归纳，具体条目以原文档为准），2025 年 12 月的问题集中在以下方向：
